A central theme of the movie is how family is what drives the advancement of human civilization. Just because of new harsh conditions doesn’t mean it’s time to just give up, lie down, and die.

Laurie Strode confronts her long-time foe Michael Myers, the masked figure who has haunted her since she narrowly escaped his killing spree on Halloween night four decades ago.
It was outstanding and Best Horror Movies of 2018 . The second best in the entire franchise . Best scene of the movie, was following Michael when he peers into the the window, his walk around the house, the killing of the girl, and then walking out the front door. Best, scariest part for its realism and brutality.
Director: David Gordon Green
One of the Best Horror Movies of 2018 ever, arguably a better movie that the original though I still prefer the original by a little. A darkness swirls at the center of a world-renowned dance company, one that will engulf the artistic director, an ambitious young dancer, and a grieving psychotherapist. Some will succumb to the nightmare. Others will finally wake up.

5. THE LITTLE STRANGER
After a doctor is called to visit a crumbling manor, strange things begin to occur.THE LITTLE STRANGER was what Winchester wished it was. It built tension and suspense through actual good, subtle direction. Not cheap jump scares. The character development was subtle and not too over the top — amazing. Gleeson did wonderfully

Best netflix movie and Best Horror Movies of 2018 I’ve seen so far . I liked it and it was interesting. Expected me fighting and less gore, but it wasn’t overly excessive. I’m personally glad they didn’t show the full purification ritual. I hate when movies do that.
Director: Gareth Evans
Writer: Gareth Evans
8. The Ritual
It’s by far one of the best horror films I’ve seen. Really don’t get why some people disliked it. A group of college friends reunite for a trip to the forest, but encounter a menacing presence in the woods that’s stalking them. One of the best horror movies of 2018 I’ve seen in a long time. The characters feel real and there is actual character development, which is sorely missing from a lot of new horror movies. Scares and gore alone just aren’t enough to make a good horror flick.
Director: David Bruckner
A young woman is involuntarily committed to a mental institution, where she is confronted by her greatest fear–but is it real or a product of her delusion? Best Horror Movies of 2018 . Unsane was a good flick. definitely thought it was worth seeing. If mental health professional were even close to being accurately portrayed then it is kind of scary. It’s very much worth a watch. The way it was filmed adds to the atmosphere as well, really gives you a paranoid and clostrophohic feeling. Well written and keeps you guessing for sure, nice build up of tension which keeps you engaged. Claire Foy gave an excellent performance as well.
Director: Steven Soderbergh
10. Summer of ’84
Great premise of neighbourhood kids suspecting their local cop of being a serial killer is hampered by uneven pacing and a lack of scares. But as they get closer to discovering the truth, things get dangerous. Great Best Horror Movies of 2018 with likeable characters and an interesting take on serial killers Let me know what you think of the movie. This movie’s ending went completely the opposite direction of where I thought it was. It followed the tropes and beats of any basic 80’s teen mystery movie.
